Due to road closures and lack of parking during Issaquah Salmon Days, we have canceled our 10am and 11am kid’s classes on Saturday 10/5. We will still be running the adult open mat at 12pm. Have a great weekend!

Starting on September 6th the Women’s class moves back to Friday evenings at 5:30pm. The Thursday 1:30pm Women’s class is canceled. We’ll see you there!
