Friday Classes Schedule Update
New Teens competition class every Friday at 5:30pm! Women's BJJ was moved to 6:30pm and we no longer have a Friday evening coed BJJ class. See you on the mats!
Boxing Orientation 3/22 at 9AM
Our next FREE boxing orientation has been scheduled for Sunday, March 22nd at 9am. No equipment is needed, ages 13 and up. Orientations are required for anyone interested in boxing classes at GB Issaquah regardless of previous experience.
