Boxing Orientation Saturday 3/7 at 2:00pm
Our next FREE boxing orientation has been scheduled for Saturday March 7th at 2pm. No equipment is needed, ages 13 and up. Orientations are required for anyone interested in boxing classes at GB Issaquah regardless of previous experience.

Ladies Class Schedule Update
There are a few changes to the Ladies Class just for the first half of February. On Friday 2/6 We will hold a pilates class instead of the normal Ladies BJJ Class. All current members are invited to attend. Friday 2/13 5:30 class is canceled.
