Ladies Class Schedule Update
There are a few changes to the Ladies Class just for the first half of February. On Friday 2/6 We will hold a pilates class instead of the normal Ladies BJJ Class. All current members are invited to attend. Friday 2/13 5:30 class is canceled.
Boxing Orientation on Sunday 1/18 at 9am
Our next FREE boxing orientation has been scheduled for Sunday January 18th at 9am. No equipment is needed, ages 13 and up. Orientations are required for anyone interested in boxing classes at GB Issaquah regardless of previous experience.
Holiday Class Schedule
The gym will be closed From December 24th-28th to get a fresh coat of paint. Happy Holidays!
Normal Schedule for Veterans Day

No Classes Saturday 10/4, All Ages Open Mat 11am-1pm
Due to the Issaquah Salmon Days chaos, there are no classes on Saturday 10/4. Coach Matt will run an all ages open mat from 11am - 1pm.
No Classes on Labor Day 9/1, Open Mat 10am
On Monday 9/1, there will be no classes in observation of Labor Day. We will have an open mat starting at 10am.
Ladies BJJ Back on the Schedule!
After a brief hiatus over summer, the ladies BJJ class is back! Girls and Women of all ages are welcome to join us every Friday at 5:30pm, starting this Friday, August 29.
