Boxing Orientation on 11/16 at 9am
Our next FREE boxing orientation has been scheduled for Sunday November 16th at 9am. No equipment is needed, ages 13 and up. Orientations are required for anyone interested in boxing classes at GB Issaquah regardless of previous experience.

No Classes Saturday 10/4, All Ages Open Mat 11am-1pm
Due to the Issaquah Salmon Days chaos, there are no classes on Saturday 10/4. Coach Matt will run an all ages open mat from 11am - 1pm.
No Classes on Labor Day 9/1, Open Mat 10am
On Monday 9/1, there will be no classes in observation of Labor Day. We will have an open mat starting at 10am.
Ladies BJJ Back on the Schedule!
After a brief hiatus over summer, the ladies BJJ class is back! Girls and Women of all ages are welcome to join us every Friday at 5:30pm, starting this Friday, August 29.
