Lost and Found Will Be Donated on Friday 2/7
Our lost and found has filled up and we will be donating all items on Friday February 7th. The lost an found is located in the back of the gym on the bottom of the shelves left of the mirror, feel free to look through it any time.
Bruce’s First MMA Fight Saturday 2/1

New Saturday Schedule
The kid's classes on Saturday have been adjusted to accommodate as many students as we can. We're adding a new Fundamentals/Basics class at 9:00am for 4-9 year old White belts. The 10:00am class is changing to an Advanced class for 4-9 year old Gray belts and higher....
Holiday/New Years Schedule
12/24 - No Classes, open mat at 10am 12/25 - CLOSED 12/26 - No Classes, open mat at 10am 12/31 - No Classes, open mat at 10am 1/1 - No Classes, open mat at 10am Regular schedule other than the posted dates. Happy Holidays!
Friday 7am Class Canceled
Due to lack of interest, we have canceled the Friday 7am BJJ class. The Wednesday 7am class is still on the schedule.
The Power Has Been Restored!
The power is finally back on and we're resuming our normal schedule starting with Advanced Kid's class at 4:30pm. See you on the mats!
