New Classes Added!
Beginning Saturday, October 1st we are adding several new classes and modifying a few existing ones to bring more training opportunities to all levels. Our schedule change kicks off on Saturday, October 1 with 11:00 AM Teen Class, followed by a 12:00 PM Open Mat....
Next Boxing Orientation: September 18
Our next boxing orientation class takes place Sunday, September 18. This class is always free to the community. It requires no equipment. Wear comfortable clothes and please arrive on time. We do have a minimum age requirement of 13 years old.
Labor Day Open Mat
Monday, September 5th, we will hold an Open Mat at 11:00 AM. All other classes are cancelled in observance of Labor Day. Have a safe and happy holiday weekend, everyone!
