Beginning Saturday, October 1st we are adding several new classes and modifying a few existing ones to bring more training opportunities to all levels. Our schedule change kicks off on Saturday, October 1 with 11:00 AM Teen Class, followed by a 12:00 PM Open Mat. During the week, we’re bringing back the requested 6:00 AM class on Mondays and Wednesdays for you early birds who want to train before work or school. Mondays will be no-gi and Wednesdays will be gi instruction. We also are adding lunch classes with Coach Jarred on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This gives our students the opportunity to train every single weekday at lunch. The Tuesday 11:45 class will be no gi, while Thursday will be in the gi. The Friday, 6:30 PM class is changing to all-levels BJJ, with instruction. This will be a true all-levels adult class. Instructor permission is not required to join.
