We are on normal schedule today, Thursday March 12th. LC1 at 4:30pm jr’s/teens at 5:30pm boxing/kickboxing at 6:30pm adult BJJ all levels at 7:30pm
Bjj revolution canceled
Rev 142 March 14/15 canceled The revolution tournament has been canceled as of this morning. Gov jay inslee banned gatherings of 250 or more in pierce, snohomish, and king county.
Canceled: Wednesday lunch class
3/4 Wednesday 11:45am class canceled we will be canceling lunch class this Wednesday so that we can do some deep cleaning. Afternoon and evening classes are still normal schedule. We’ll be starting at 9:30am if you’d like to show up and help!
Boxing orientation
boxing orientation 2/29 11am Coach dynamo will be hosting another boxing orientation this Saturday at 11am. It’s free and open to the public, takes about an hour, and requires no gear. DON’t BE LATE
