Changes to the kids’ team schedule
We have 2 changes to announce regarding the kids' team schedule. First, the Monday all-ages class at 1:30 is back on! You asked, we listened. Make sure you keep bringing your kids if you want it to stay on the schedule! Second, the Thursday Advanced Class is changing....
In Observance of Memorial Day
Next Monday, May 31st, is Memorial Day. We will cancel all regular classes in observance of the holiday. Instead, join us for an all-ages, all-levels open mat beginning at 12 noon. Have a safe and happy holiday, everyone!
Schedule Change for the Kids’ Team
The kids' class that meets on Mondays at 1:30 will be removed from the schedule. However, the Wednesday class at the same time, will remain. Next week, on May 31st, all classes will be canceled in Observation of Memorial Day.
No gi is back, plus the next boxing orientation
No gi class is back! Our adult jiujitsu classes on Fridays will be no gi, beginning May 14th. You do not need to sign up separately to participate. Most people prefer to wear board shorts and a rash guard. It is also acceptable to wear gi pants and a rash guard....
