This Saturday, July 31st at 9 AM we will hold our next free boxing orientation class. This class lasts about an hour, is open to anyone in the community over 13 years old, and requires no equipment. Even for experienced athletes, we require attendance at one orientation class before attending any striking classes at GBI. Please be on time! We do not charge for the class or require any commitment.
