Our next boxing orientation will be on Sunday, February 18th at 9am. Orientations are required for all students planning on attending the boxing classes at GB Issaquah. No equipment is needed. Students must be Ages 13+ to attend.

We’re adding one more Women’s BJJ Class on Friday evenings at 5:30pm. This class is open to women of all skill levels, ages 13+. The advanced teens class has moved to 4:30pm to accommodate. See you there!

We wont have any classes on July 4th in observation of Independence Day. There will be an open mat at 11am if you’d like to get some training in.

Beginning on Monday, June 5th we are adding a much requested woman’s only BJJ class. Coach Cala Zubair will be teaching this gi-focused class every Monday at 10am. See you on the mats!
