Saturday class will be canceled for the bin revolution tournament

thanks to the few of you that showed interest.  unfortunately, not enough people signed up to make the camp worth while.  hopefully next summer we will have the numbers.

7/8 Tuesday. Boxing orientation with coach dynamo at 430pm.  This orientation is required to attend boxing and kickboxing classes.
