thanks to the few of you that showed interest.  unfortunately, not enough people signed up to make the camp worth while.  hopefully next summer we will have the numbers.

7/8 Tuesday. Boxing orientation with coach dynamo at 430pm.  This orientation is required to attend boxing and kickboxing classes.

classes canceled today. Last minute call from landlord. Sorry for any inconvenience. Regular schedule will resume tomorrow.

there are now no evening classes on friday july 3rd.  no BJJ for kids, No adults BJJ,and no boxing. there will still open mat at 1145am closed july 4th.  all classes canceled.
