this saturday is the gb seattle end of the year promotions.  we will be canceling the kickboxing class this saturday.  everyone's invited to join in at the seattle academy for some open matt sparring.  it kicks off at 11am.      

just a reminder.  the new shirts are in and they're only 15$.  youth and adult sizes.
