we have about 25 kids competing at the gb seattle in house tournament.  we will be canceling saturday all ages kids class this saturday so that we can go compete and show our support!  

coach dynamo is hosting another boxing orientation this saturday at 11am.  please be there if you haven't attended an orientation yet

just a reminder:coach dynamo is teaching another boxing orientation tomorrow at 430pm.its free, and for anyone 13 years old or older.  once you complete the boxing orientation you can start attending the classes on tuesday and friday nights at 530.
