Sunday open mat will now be at 10am starting on Sunday January 7th

Monday January s 1st all classes are canceled. there will be an open mat at 11:45am  

We will be closed Monday december 25th. happy holidays  

Coach dynamo will be having a boxing orientation this saturday at 11am. open to all. free to attend. lasts about an hour. no gear required.
