Classes will be canceled tomorrow so that our team can support coach and compete at the Bjj revolution tournament

the next boxing orientation is saturday at 11am. it takes about an hour. no gear required. no commitment to sign up. the orientation is a prerequisite if you ever plan to attend boxing classes.

lost and found is getting donated wednesday february 14th.
