The next boxing orientation is scheduled for 11am on Saturday November 3rd. must be 13 or older to attend. free and open to the public. no gear required.

On November 17th and 18th Gracie Barra Compnet comes to Seattle. GB members can COMPETE in a tournament, attend seminars, and participate in workshops. click the image for more info and to register
