In observation of Labor Day Saturday (8/31) kids class is canceled. Monday (9/2) will be open mat only at 11am Have a fun and safe weekend!
Boxing orientation Saturday 8/3
Free and open to the public. No gear needed. 11am-12pm. DONT BE LATE.

No kids class this Saturday. We will be at the bjj revolution tournament!
Boxing orientation this Saturday 7/20 11am
Boxing orientation with coach dynamo this Saturday 11am-12pm DONT BE LATE No gear needed. Orientation is required (regardless of experience level) if you want to attend boxing.
Independence Day schedule
Monday and Tuesday normal schedule EXCEPT: NO TINY CHAMPS Wednesday no kids classes. Adult schedule normal. Thursday open mat 11am Friday open mat 11am Saturday closed
