just a reminder, we still have gloves wraps and gi's if you're interested.   the gi's are the new storm line so the fit is way better.

If you're interested in a kickboxing orientation, ask coach bree, professor jason, or coach dynamo.  wed like to confirm a few of you are attending before we schedule another one.

Proving Grounds VI may 30th at interlake high school.  submission only for adults.  points system for kids. go and no-gi.  

the next kickboxing orientation is scheduled for tuesday march 24th.

all ages class that normally starts at 10am and open matt at 11am will be canceled tomorrow because most of us will be going to the bjj revolution tournament at PLU in tacoma. heres the schedule

we should be receiving a shipment of gi's tomorrow! catch coach bree before class and she can get you in one if you so desire.   if you need a different size or color just ask....well order one right away.
