proving grounds tournament is tomorrow at interlake high school.  adult male blue and white belts will be starting at 11am.  we have 7 GB Issaquah team members competing.

in observance of Memorial Day, all classes canceled. There will be an open mat at 630pm

tuesday may 26th at 430pm.  immediately followed by kickboxing class at 530.  gloves, wraps, and mouth piece needed to attend kickboxing class.  not required for orientation.
