Boxing orientation with coach dynamo at 4:45pm Friday 1/22  

Boxing orientation this week at 4:30pm orientation is mandatory if you plan on attending any boxing or kickboxing classes.  

this week there is no boxing on friday. saturday kickboxing is still happening on schedule for 12:15pm

kids classes: kids classes are monday tuesday and saturday this week.  no kids classes wednesday thursday or friday.   adult classes: regular schedule monday, tuesday, wednesday thursday and friday will be open matt at 11am.
