professor ben "the shogun" brosbe will be coming to gracie barra issaquah this thursday, february 16th, to teach the 630pm class.  adults of all belt levels should attend!

this saturday january 14th at 11am.  invite friends and family or anyone interested.  orientation is free.  no gear required.  only lasts an hour.

regular schedule is back in full swing.   today: tiny champs at 3:30. advanced kids at 4pm. Boxing at 5:30pm. adult BJJ at 630pm. the rest of the week is regular schedule as well.

its that time of year again! the kids glow party will be this thursday at 430pm bring glow stuff if you got it.
