boxing orientation at 11am led by coach dynamo.  please be there if you haven't done one yet.  bring friends or family.  its free to attend

all kids classes are canceled. adult lunch class at 1145am will be open mat adult evening class at 630pm is still on

this saturday january 14th at 11am.  invite friends and family or anyone interested.  orientation is free.  no gear required.  only lasts an hour.

regular schedule is back in full swing.   today: tiny champs at 3:30. advanced kids at 4pm. Boxing at 5:30pm. adult BJJ at 630pm. the rest of the week is regular schedule as well.

its that time of year again! the kids glow party will be this thursday at 430pm bring glow stuff if you got it.
