The next boxing orientation is Saturday 7/15 11am.  please come if you haven't been to one yet.  Bring friends or family.  free to attend,  MUST BE 13 YEARS OLD OR OLDER. no gear required. boxing orientation is required if you plan to attend boxing classes.

Kids class is canceled this saturday so we can all go to the BJJ revolution tournament and support our adult athletes!
