All evening classes on Labor Day are cancelled. The 10am Women’s class is still open, and there will be an all ages open mat at 11:45am.

Our next boxing orientation will be on Sunday, August 20th at 9am. Orientations are required for all students planning on attending the boxing classes at GB Issaquah. No equipment is needed. Students must be Ages 13+ to attend.

We’re adding one more Women’s BJJ Class on Friday evenings at 5:30pm. This class is open to women of all skill levels, ages 13+. The advanced teens class has moved to 4:30pm to accommodate. See you there!
