there are now no evening classes on friday july 3rd. no BJJ for kids, No adults BJJ,and no boxing. there will still open mat at 1145am closed july 4th. all classes canceled.

tuesday June 30th at 430pm. Coach Dynamo will be leading this hour long orientation. Once completed, you can attend the boxing classes Tuesday and Friday evenings at 530pm. The classes require mouth guard, hand wraps, and gloves. We have the reccomended gloves...
