Our next free boxing orientation class takes place this upcoming Sunday, November 27, at 9 AM. No equipment is required for this class. Before joining any boxing or kickboxing class at Gracie Barra Issaquah, a boxing orientation class is required, regardless of previous experience. This class is free, open to the community, and requires no commitment. Students must have reached a minimum of 13 years of age to particIpate.
