Sunday May 26th at 5:30 pm, start your week off right with Yin & Yang Yoga: 30 minutes of slow flow standing poses, followed by 30 minutes of seated, meditative stretches that strengthen and hydrate your tendons and connective tissues. Class will end with a long savasana and sound bath.
