Today, we have two items of interest for our members.
First, Gracie Barra will host the Compnet Autumn Championship tournament on October 8th in Tukwila, WA. Registration is open on the Smoothcomp system at compnet.link/washington . For those who already have a Smoothcomp account, you can also search for the Seattle Autumn Championship on Smoothcomp.com. Please note that athletes must be members of a Gracie Barra academy to participate in this tournament.
Second, we have scheduled our next boxing orientation class this Saturday, August 20th, at 9 AM. As always, this class is completely free and requires no equipment. It is required before joining a boxing or kickboxing class at GB Issaquah, regardless of previous experience. We do have a minimum age requirement of 13 years old to take this class. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. Please be on time! Late arriving students may be asked to reschedule.
