tuesday June 30th at 430pm. Coach Dynamo will be leading this hour long orientation. Once completed, you can attend the boxing classes Tuesday and Friday evenings at 530pm. The classes require mouth guard, hand wraps, and gloves. We have the reccomended gloves available at the gym
